Acceptable stay. Some areas need attention

friendly staffconvenient locationuncomfortable beddusty bedroom
The hotel is VERY conveniently located near the city center. It made exploring easy. The staff were friendly. They seemed happy to help with directions and recommendations. The hotel gardens were really something. It felt good to relax there.
The bed really wasn't comfortable. I think two singles got pushed together. This meant the mattresses sank in the middle. The bedroom was dusty. No hand towels were available in the bathroom at first. ITs cleanliness wasn't great.

The staff was helpful and friendly, from check-in to departure! The breakfast had many choices and fresh ingredients. The gin garden added a special touch with its unique cocktails and tranquil ambiance.
The parking fee seemed a bit steep, though, given the proximity to the city centre, which makes it difficult to find alternative parking options.
